CORE FOCUS FLOW

For anyone who wants to elevate deep core strength, mobility, flexibility and build a complete and balanced body. This class will provide you with deep core stabilisation drills, mobility work, body weight and balance exercises combined with breath and traditional yoga postures linked fluidly together in a conscious controlled way. Postures and drills are given as variations, allowing each person to take their practice as far as is appropriate for them at that moment in time moving on to the next level only when ready. This is a great class for increasing your stamina, furthering your physical ability ultimately realising your full potential in life and any other sporting activities.

STRENGTH AND STRENGTHEN

Limited range of motion in your joints and postural imbalances can lead to weak, tight muscles, the aim of this class is to improve overall joint mobility, strength and flexibility while addressing postural alignment issues. Slow intentional movements, modifications and props available where required. A great class for anyone who has postural issues, stiffness or past injuries needing to rebuild the body, it’s perfect for recovery or for anyone looking for a therapeutic, gentle class which restores physical and mental equilibrium.

YOGA NIDRA

Especially beneficial for stress, sleep issues, burnout or simply to reset your energy. Deep rest for the body, mind and soul, a guided meditation designed to bring you into a state of deep relaxation while remaining awake and aware. Lying down, supported by props for maximum comfort you will be guided through body sensing, breath awareness and visualisation techniques.
